Assisted Living Administrator
Belinda Fleming brings more than five years of experience in home care and a genuine passion for serving others to her role as Administrator. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to creating an environment where every resident feels respected, valued, safe, and cared for.
Belinda believes that quality care begins with treating every individual with dignity, compassion, and kindness. She takes pride in getting to know each resident personally and caring for them as she would her own family. Her commitment extends beyond providing excellent care—she strives to build meaningful relationships and ensure that every resident feels heard, supported, and loved.
As Administrator, Belinda is committed to leading with compassion, maintaining high standards of care, and supporting both residents and staff. She is honored to serve her residents and considers it a privilege to be part of their lives each day.

Born and raised in Rutherford County, Jamie is committed to giving back to the community she has called home for more than 40 years. Shady Pines is part of that commitment—a way to help people find a place to call home.

Daniel Walker
Daniel brings more than 20 years of experience in assisted-living administration and residential operations. His work is grounded in clear expectations, respect for each person, and attention to the details that make a home work well.
